PURPOSE

 

The Jeannette Strong Phillips Scholarship Fund, Inc. which is a tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) organization has been established in loving memory of Jeannette Strong Phillips. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Eddie Strong, Sr. & Mrs. Maisy Ratliff Strong. She was a dedicated, faithful and strong woman of God, a loving sister, a loving aunt, a loving wife, a loving mother, and a loving grandmother. She will always be remembered for helping others, in spite of dealing with her own struggles. She passed away on November 24, 2003.
