Our vision is to be a regionally recognized leader in providing private scholarships and other financial support, to make the completion of education beyond high school a reality for students in the states of Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. It is the belief of the Jeannette Strong Phillips Scholarship Fund, Inc. that every student deserves an opportunity to go to college.
